missingWrote a review on 24 Septmodern designconvenient locationweak air conditioning
The hotel's modern aesthetic stands out immediately. sleek design meets functionality in every corner. Spacious rooms with contemporary touches made my stay comfortable, and the convenient location near the heart of the city made exploring a cinch.
Air conditioning left much to be desired, particularly on hot summer nights. it felt more like a fan than a cooling system. The WiFi connection was bothersome, slowing to a crawl during peak times. Bathrooms could use some attention. mold in the shower and cramped spaces detracted from the overall experience. Plus, a cigarette-littered window ledge did nothing for the room's ambiance.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The WiFi didn't work well during my stay. Great location near Anjos metro, easy to get around. Also, enjoyed the evening pub crawl options they had.

The spacious room featured a comfortable bed, making it a restful stay. The breakfast offered fresh and local products for €10, a solid value. However, the staff seemed detached and unenthusiastic throughout the visit, creating a less welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the room lacked an information folder for basic amenities and services, which would have been helpful.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the nearby markets and took a stroll to some awesome pizzerias. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was tasty. Just a heads up, the area’s charm is mixed with some steep walks, but it’s manageable for a fun outing.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was a real letdown. We struggled to connect, which wasted some time trying to book activities online. This could be a problem for business travelers.

A solid stay for the price
Had a good 2-night stay as a solo traveler. The room was warm and clean, with all the necessary stuff like a mini-bar and air conditioning. Staff was super friendly, always smiling, and helped me with luggage after a long day. Breakfast was decent too, but the shower could use some better pressure.

During a challenging time, the hotel staff went above and beyond for us. They ensured we had a room and breakfast while we dealt with a family emergency. The location is great for exploring Lisbon, with plenty of eateries nearby. Highly recommend for its compassion and support.
